Caroline Søeborg Ahlefeldt is an Advisory Board member at LeaderLab

Caroline Søeborg Ahlefeldt started the first Danish internet-bureau MouseHouse back in 1992.The year after she founded the digital design education Space Invaders. In 1999 Mouse house was sold to the Swedish Cell Network owned by Jan Carlzon.

Today she works with innovation, strategy and leadership coaching for many of the biggest Scandinavian Companies. Caroline is a highly requested speaker and has worked on several television shows during the years.

She is a board member at companies like LEGO, COOP, Vækstfonden, Odense Teater, NOIR, og Dyrberg/Kern.

Caroline Søeborg Ahlefeldt has a bachelor in Information Science and an MBA from Copenhagen Business School.

During the year she has received awards as a leadership role model. Caroline is married to Michael Ahlefeldt and has two small kids.
