Robert is Professor at CBS and Chair at the executive program for CIO’s at Harvard Business School. He is author of and contributor to numerous books, articles and cases on Innovation and IT.
At CBS Robert teaches students in courses like Managing in the Creative Economy, Technology & Operations Management and at Harvard Business Schools he chairs the executive program for Chief Information Officers (CIOs).
He is author/co-author of several books including: The Broadband Explosion, Corporate Information Strategy and Management, Artful Making: What Managers Need to Know about How Artists Work, Creating Business Advantage in the Information Age.
Roberts has worked as a manager at Ford, with technology management in a variety of businesses, including after sales service, parts operations, consumer credit, vehicle assembly, and technical support.
