Secondly we are working on a version of the same product targeting Coaches, Management- and HR-consultants, with focus on group coaching and teambuilding in companies.
Background and motivation
When individuals are hired, project- or leadership-teams are set – or start-up companies are founded, much effort is invested in finding people with the right professional skills.
Much to often too little effort is invested in mapping, utilizing and being aware of the personal strength and weaknesses of people – both in their individual job functions and as members of teams.
This partly due to the fact that discussing strength and weaknesses is still a taboo and partly due to the barrier of hiring a highly paid consultant or coach to facilitate the process.
